Member Access - Members can choose any physician or health care professional. -
Referral - A referral is not required from a primary care physician to a specialist. -
Notification Requirement - Members are responsible for notifying Care Coordination. -
Payment - Only bill your patients for deductible/co-insurance after the EOB is received. |
