UnitedHealthcare is committed to improving the service we provide to physicians and other health care professionals, and we are a strong supporter of transparency. One way we are showing this commitment is through a new tool that provides transparency regarding our administrative initiatives – the UnitedHealthcare Scorecard. The Scorecard provides an at-a-glance view of how we are performing in several service areas. Each of the eight graphs below will be updated with fresh data each month. How to view the graphs Click on any of the graph images below to view a larger graph and additional information regarding that service area. If you have questions or feedback regarding the Scorecard, please e-mail scorecard@uhc.com. | Health Care Professionals Telephone Line | |
