UnitedHealthcare is committed to improving the service we provide to physicians and other health care professionals, and we are a strong
supporter of transparency.  One way we are showing this commitment is through a new tool that provides transparency regarding our
administrative initiatives – the UnitedHealthcare Scorecard.

The Scorecard provides an at-a-glance view of how we are performing in several service areas.  Each of the eight graphs below will be updated
with fresh data each month.

NOTE: The scope of this reporting is on claims processed on UnitedHealthcare's UNET claims processing platform.  UNET is the largest and
most comprehensive claim processing system within UnitedHealthcare.  At this time, this report does not include data on claims processed
on the claims systems of recently acquired entities such as PacifiCare, Oxford, MAMSI, or UnitedHealthcare of the River Valley, nor does it
include claims data on government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP.
