Some plans offer individuals a cost sharing advantage – in the form of lower co-pay and coinsurance levels – for using a UnitedHealth Premium^® designated specialty physician or facility.  In these tiered benefit plans, primary physician co-pays are the same for all network physicians in family practice, internal medicine, OB-GYN and pediatrics.  Plan enrollees always have access to the entire nationwide UnitedHealthcare network.
